I really hate it when people mess with food. You know, change the ingredients to make it cheaper or supposedly make it better for you. Bah. But some people in the US that make chocolate want to do just that–change the ingredients in chocolate so that it’s cheaper to make. Who thinks this is a good idea? I certainly don’t! What do you bet it’s not only worse for you, but it takes like crap?
Anyway, here a web site that goes over this in more detail and give you explicit instructions for letting the FDA know, in no uncertain terms, should they mess with chocolate.
